Rent Payments
Rent payment information is included in the lease you executed. In most cases (but not all) you were provided a bank account number to be used to make all of your deposits.This same account shall be used for rent, fines, fees, etc. You may pay your rent ahead of time or in multiple installments PRIOR to the due date. This account number is for your unit only and all payments received will be posted to your account.
It is important to understand the due dates and late fees per the lease. If you ever have a question relating to when your rent is due please contact an MTCS Representative.
